Together, the Positive Impact Rating (PIR) and the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) empower business schools to measure, report, and strengthen their societal and environmental impact.

PIR and PRME have officially partnered to support schools in documenting and reporting their sustainability and societal contributions.

Reporting Tool

PIR results support PRME SIP reports, with around 90% of

PIR-rated schools being

PRME Signatories.

Student & Faculty Engagement

PIR systematically integrates student and faculty perspectives, aligning school performance with the Seven Principles of PRME.

PRME signatory discount

PRME signatories committing to three consecutive years of PIR participation receive a €190 discount on each year’s participation fee. 

Accreditation Alignment

PIR facilitates reporting for AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA accreditation, focusing on Ethics, Responsibility, and Sustainability (ERS).

Joint Webinars & Communication

PIR and PRME organize webinars through PRME Chapters

and provide follow-up communications to foster engagement.
