About the event
On 20 November 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 IST, the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore will host, together with the Positive Impact Rating Association (PIR), the event “Rethinking Societal Impact for Indian B-Schools – From Classroom to Scale.”
The session will bring together leaders from India’s top business schools to reflect on how management education can evolve to generate tangible societal value. Discussions will focus on how institutions can connect education, research, and community engagement to translate classroom insights into systemic, scalable impact.
The event will highlight examples of schools integrating sustainability and stakeholder engagement into their governance, programs, and culture—aligning with global frameworks such as AACSB, EQUIS, and PRME. Participation is by invitation, with online access available upon registration.
